A Fond du Lac County teen is accused of looking at child porn at the Fond du Lac Public Library. Anthony Teifke now faces 12 counts of possession of child pornography.
According to the criminal complaint, this all started when a 17 year old contacted authorities because his mother slapped him.
It's what officers found when they responded to that call that has the teen himself in big trouble.
Anthony Teifke and his mother got into a fight last Thursday, according to the criminal complaint, it's because she caught him looking at kiddie porn.
When Fond du Lac County Sheriff's deputies got their, Teifke didn't deny it.
Court documents reveal he admitted to looking at child pornography.
He even told them how. Teifke said used the computer at the Fond du Lac County Library and used a program to get around the computer blocks.
The criminal complaint states he told them the porn was on a memory card and even confessed to having printed out pictures in a duffle bag.
Officers found 12 of the 31 pictures in the bag were of adults engaged in sexual acts with children, some looked as young as 1 or 2 years old.
For each of those 12 pictures, Teifke now faces a felony charge for possession of child pornography. Just one of those counts could earn this 17 year old up to 25 years in prison.
It says here in the complaint that Teifke admitted to officers that he has a problem and needs help. He's due back in court in two weeks.
