Prosecutors are now considering criminal charges against an Ohio man who mistakenly got thousands of dollars after a crypt mix-up.
Ken Hillsman says he paid the money for his wife's burial crypt, but the money ended up in the account of an Ohio man, who says he will not return the money unless he is forced to do so. The Fond Du Lac Police Department says the agency has been following the paper trail in this case for years, and they doubt they'll ever really know how the mix-up happened. Meanwhile, Ken Hillsman says he might be forced to move his wife's remains unless he comes up with the $6,000.00 he says he already paid.
