SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (AP) - A Sheboygan teen is accused of forcing another car off the road and into a tree after the other driver cut him off. Seventeen-year-old Fidencio O. Jimenez was charged Friday with felony second-degree reckless endangerment and misdemeanor disorderly conduct with a dangerous weapon.

A criminal complaint says a 16-year-old boy told police he was driving with two friends Wednesday when he accidentally cut off another car. The boy says he pulled to the side to let the car pass. The boy told investigators the car instead rear-ended his vehicle and pushed it into a tree.

The Sheboygan Press says as the boy and his friends ran, Jimenez and four passengers got out and pounded his car with bats and poles. Online court records didn't list a defense attorney Saturday.
