FOND DU LAC, Wis. (AP) - This isn't Whoville, but a real-life Grinch has targeted Kristmas in Wisconsin. Fond du Lac police responded to a burglary call Thursday morning at Kristmas Kringle Shoppe. The store sells ornaments and everything else Christmas.

The Reporter in Fond du Lac says it's a popular year-round attraction for holiday-inspired shoppers. Police say someone apparently forced open a back door and stole an undetermined amount of money. A telephone call to the store rang unanswered Friday afternoon. A message left with Fond du Lac police was not immediately returned.
