Donessa Davis Senior appears in court today for the first time. He's the man who's genitals were allegedly glued to his leg by four women in a Stockbridge motel. Those women face charges of false imprisonment. Now Davis faces charges of his own, including child abuse and death threats toward his wife. The Fond Du Lac County District Attorney's office is handling this as a separate case.
Tracy Hood-Davis sat in on her husband's court appearance Thursday, even though they have not been living together since September. Tracy left the courtroom escorted by police and not saying a word to the media. This comes one week after Tracy and three other women were accused of the superglue assault in a Stockbridge motel room. According to the criminal complaint, Donessa's daughter came home with a swollen eye and a knot on her forehead after visiting him.
On July 31st, Tracy reported getting 50 phone calls from her husband, some were threatening. The alleged harrasment happened the day after she and the three other women were accused of the krazy glue incident. Court documents reveal, Donessa told one of those women he wanted to "ram her (his wife) off the road, drag her out and bash her with a rock. And wanted to take "an insurance policy out on Tracy for one million dollars." These are accusations that now have Davis sitting behind bars.
