A Manitowoc D.A.R.E (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) Officer is arrested for operating while intoxicated, but is still on duty.

Authorities say 40 year-old Michaelyn Culligan was picked-up in Two Rivers on March 2nd, after the car she was driving became stuck in a snow bank.

Culligan has resigned from the D.A.R.E position, but is still working with the police department pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
